Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results‑driven Partner Program Manager to design, build, and scale our partner ecosystem. This role will be responsible for developing partner programs that drive revenue growth, increase market reach, and enhance customer value through strong collaboration with channel partners, technology partners, and strategic alliances.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Program Strategy & Development

• Design and implement scalable partner programs aligned with company growth objectives.
• Define partner tiers, incentives, enablement frameworks, and performance metrics.
• Develop partner onboarding, certification, and engagement processes.

Partner Relationship Management

• Recruit, onboard, and manage strategic partners.
• Serve as primary point of contact for partner communications.
• Conduct regular business reviews and performance evaluations.
