The Role
We are looking for a Partners Executive for the Spanish Market to join the Sales team and convince potential clients that Factorial is the best solution for their HR management. We are focused on effectively positioning the product and personalizing relevance uniquely per customer throughout the entire sales process.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing and develop the customer experience.
- Identify, navigate, and support prospect clients throughout their decision‑making process across the whole sales cycle.
- Creatively develop effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales quota.
- Establish and regularly conduct high‑level negotiations with C‑Suite and VP‑Level executives.
