Opportunity Description
The key responsibility of this position entails receiving, inspecting, and validating all received parts by the goods receipt and picking list. Additionally, the role involves accurately inputting this information into SAP, which is situated at Fujairah Trading Enterprises.
Your tasks will include:
Reviewing the packing list provided by the Principal/vendor, comparing the number of packages physically received to ensure alignment with the packing list.
Unpacking the packages, conducting thorough inspections for any damages, and accurately counting the number of individual items to confirm they match the packing list.
Verifying the correctness of received parts by matching part numbers on the packing list with those on the actual items.
Identify any shortages, damages, or incorrect parts and promptly notify the supervisor while documenting these issues in a damage report.
