Summary
The Pastry Sous Chef is responsible for exemplifying our culture to ensure that high quality-pastry, desserts and baked goods are delivered as directed by the Pastry and/or Executive Chef. This position organizes high volume pastry production procedures and ensures all deadlines are met. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
