Opportunity Description
Overview
We are hiring Patient Intake Coordinators to support a healthcare team by scheduling new patients and helping coordinate dialysis care. This role is patient-facing and requires strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
Responsibilities
+ Receive new patient information from hospitals and clinics
+ Call patients to schedule dialysis care
+ Handle inbound calls from patients checking on appointments
+ Manage cases in Salesforce and document updates
+ Follow up with patients who haven’t responded
+ Track and close cases in the system
What to Expect
+ About 20 inbound calls per day
+ Outbound calls vary (20–80 per day depending on workload)
+ Daily use of Salesforce (CRM) and Cerner (EHR)
+ Independent workload management is important
Requirements
+ 1+ year of customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality, or medical office)
