Payables Associate

B. Com/M.Com or ACCA (Part Qualified) with 3-4 years of experience in receivable/payable/treasury function

Responsibilities:

The role will primarily be responsible for receivables management, ensuring payments accuracy & cashflow management.

• Ensure timely execution of Import & local payment, maintaining compliance with internal policies and tax-related matters.
• Review & analyze receivables, including maintaining customer receipt database, collection trackers and follow-ups over-due receivables.
• Monitor daily cash positions and prepare reconciliations accordingly
• Responsible for short-term and long-term cashflow forecasting ensuring visibility over cash position to management
• Prepare Inter-company reconciliations
• Responsible for review of bank reconciliations ensuring all items are timely cleared and settled in system
