Payment Operations Maker Agent

Job description:

• Prepare reconciliation report by comparing bank statements with internal records
• Process payment adjustments based on reconciliation reports.
• Make input and payment adjustments to the journaling system.
• Prepare documents related to payment settlement in accordance with the reconciliation results.
• Prepare and submit Payment Adjustment Report reports.
• Process return transactions from digital products, RTOL, and other related transactions.

Job requirement:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree from any major
• At least 1 (one) year of experience in Payment Operations
• Excellent with Excel and able to operate Microsoft Office & PowerPoint.
• Having experience in the industry banking/digital banking is a plus
