What the day will look like
- Reconciliation of insurer settlements for both domestic and overseas policies
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to manage various settlement tasks to ensure timely and accurate payments
- Supporting various cash application processes for the Australia business
- Management of 3rd party payments to carriers and subagents
- Processing of payment Bordeaux on a regular basis
- Managing various shared mailboxes and timely responses to colleagues and carriers
