About the Role
We are looking for outgoing and customer-oriented individuals to join a field support team supporting merchants across Singapore.
This role focuses on merchant engagement, payment device support, and relationship management within hawker centres, coffee shops, wet markets, and F&B environments.
No hard selling required — this is a support and engagement role focused on maintaining strong merchant relationships and ensuring smooth payment operations. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities- Visit merchants across assigned territories islandwide
- Support merchants with payment machine troubleshooting
- Build and maintain good merchant relationships
- Ensure payment devices are working smoothly
- Submit reports and updates daily
