Opportunity Description
Job Purpose: Provide support in the preparation and enhancement of compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain qualified employees at competitive and cost-effective levels. Support the administration of salaries and wages in accordance with human resources policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll processing and the disbursement of monthly salaries and wages, including allowances, benefits, promotions, transfers, contract changes, secondments, and related adjustments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in payroll management.
- Review additional employee-related expenses to ensure compliance with personnel policies.
- Develop and maintain accurate compensation data through market research on salaries, benefits, and allowances, including analysis of trends in compensation methodologies.
