Payroll Project Lead / SME

Archway Recruitment are partnering with a large, complex organisation undertaking a tightly scoped payroll transformation. You will lead a payroll system and employment terms transition for a workforce of around 250 staff, which is a subsidiary of a much larger entity. 

This organisation is moving employees from an existing payroll platform into a new one, alongside a shift in terms and conditions as staff move between internal entities. With a fixed implementation date of 1 July, they require a senior Payroll SME who can take ownership, drive momentum, and land the change safely.
