Opportunity Description
- The Payroll In-Charge is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of payroll processing to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
- This role involves maintaining payroll records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and coordinating with HR and Finance departments.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in payroll processing or payroll administration.
- Prior experience handling payroll for a medium to large workforce is an advantage.
- Experience with government statutory compliance (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) is essential.
