Key Responsibilities:
- Provide our award‑winning payroll service to Hong Kong clients and maintain client relationship on a regular basis
- Perform end‑to‑end Hong Kong payroll processing and provide related HR services to clients
- Responsible for Hong Kong clients' payroll calculation (including MPF contribution, ADW calculation, IR56B, E, F, G, etc.)
- Liaise with local authorities and service providers in relation to pension, social insurance, tax and other statutory matters
- Prepare HR reports for clients such as movement, headcount, pay summary, cost centre allocation and payroll breakdown reports
- Maintain up‑to‑date and accurate payroll data and staff information in the Payroll System
