Description We are looking for a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Livonia, Michigan. In this role, you will play a key part in managing payroll processes for a large, multi-state organization. Responsibilities:
• Process full-cycle payroll, including calculating gross-to-net pay for employees across multiple states and business units.
• Utilize Workday and ADP Workforce Now to ensure accurate and efficient payroll management.
• Handle multi-state payroll processing for organizations with over 500 employees, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Leverage advanced Excel skills to manage data, create reports, and perform payroll reconciliations.
