Opportunity Description
> Conduct thorough reviews of payroll data, including employee hours, salaries, bonuses, deductions, and taxes to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. > Ensure 100% error free deliverables > Identify discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies within payroll data by performing detailed checks and analyses. > Investigate and resolve issues related to missing or inaccurate data, collaborating with Payroll Operations teams as necessary > Perform Root Cause analysis for the errors in order to achieve reduction/elimination of the same ensuring 100% accuracy.
