Job Description

• Process end-to-end payroll for all employees (weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly).
• Compute salaries, overtime, allowances, bonuses, and deductions.
• Ensure accurate computation of government-mandated contributions such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
• Handle tax computations and ensure compliance with BIR regulations.
• Prepare and maintain payroll reports, payslips, and payroll registers.
• Monitor attendance records, leaves, and overtime for payroll processing.
• Coordinate with HR and Accounting departments regarding payroll concerns.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll information.
• Assist in audits and preparation of payroll-related documentation.
