Job Description
We are seeking a PC Refresh Technician (Tier 1/2) to support enterprise‑level hardware refresh initiatives while delivering a high‑touch, white‑glove experience to end users. This role is responsible for the deployment, replacement, configuration, and support of end‑user computing devices, ensuring minimal disruption and an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is customer‑focused, technically capable, and comfortable working directly with users in a professional environment, including executives and VIP stakeholders.
