P&C Systems Manager

THE ORGANISATION 
We are are partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit a P&C Systems Manager to play a critical leadership role within a transforming People & Culture function. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Workday leader to drive the evolution of HR technology, data and analytics capability across a complex and fast paced environment.

THE ROLE 
Working closely with senior stakeholders across P&C, Technology and Transformation, you will lead the optimisation and governance of Workday while shaping a more digitally enabled and data-driven people function. You will play a key role in the Workday implementation journey before transitioning into ownership of the platform roadmap, governance and ongoing optimisation. You will deliver meaningful people insights and executive reporting through Workday and establish standardised P&C metrics and reporting framework.
