**Job Description**
The Quality Assurance Technician supports high-quality production of aerospace-related hardware by performing detailed visual and mechanical inspections of electronic assemblies and components. This on-site role focuses on 100% visual inspection under a microscope, interpretation of schematics and circuit diagrams, and documentation of non-conformances and material flow. The position requires strong attention to detail, solid communication skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with production and quality teams in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.
