+ Supervision of Peer Support staff and Recovery Home program oversight.
+ Resident engagement and program coordination.
+ Providing recovery-oriented services.
+ Case management oversight.
+ Recovery Home operations including health and safety.
+ Coordinate outreach efforts to referral partners.
+ Meetings and professional development for staff.
+ Provide leadership and decision making.
