People Advisor - Parental leave cover

What is this role all about?

We are looking for a proactive and hands‑on People Advisor (HR Generalist) to join Epical on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract while one of our colleagues is on parental leave.

In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to managers and employees across both Finland and Sweden, supporting both day‑to‑day HR operations and more complex people‑related topics.

This is a broad HR Generalist role where you’ll combine operational excellence with advisory responsibilities, from employee lifecycle management and compensation & benefits to employment law and change processes.

You will play an important role in ensuring smooth HR delivery while contributing to a positive employee experience and a strong, trust‑based culture.
