Opportunity Description
- Support the People and Culture team with daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in the HR information system.
- Participate in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Contribute to the coordination of onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and cultural initiatives.
- Assist with performance management processes and related documentation.
- Support compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
