People & Culture Intern

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People & Culture (P&C) Intern to join our P&C team on a 6‑month internship. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to core HR operations in a mid‑tier audit firm, including onboarding, off‑boarding, employee engagement, and HR administrative support.

• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including preparation of staff documentation and employee records
• Assist in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and internal HR communications
• Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and maintenance of HR records
• Support employee engagement activities, CSR initiatives, and recruitment events
