People Development Business Partner (FTC)

Sitting at the heart of our People Development team, you will partner closely with leaders, HR Business Partners and key stakeholders to identify capability needs, support performance and talent processes, and design and deliver impactful development solutions that strengthen our talent pipeline.

This role combines hands‑on delivery with strategic input, offering the opportunity to shape development priorities, drive high‑quality performance and talent practices, and remain closely connected to both the business and its people.
