+ 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns, etc.
+ Experience of managing multiple stakeholders.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence.
+ Experience in HR, people programs, or other people related roles.
+ Experience coaching and mentoring others.
+ Excellent investigative and problem solving skills, with the ability to organize and analyze data using human resources information system (HRIS) for reporting.
