About the Role

We're looking for a People Operations to own the full people lifecycle across Neptune Commune. Recruitment, onboarding, contracts, payroll, compliance, culture — you make sure the right people are hired, supported, and have everything they need to grow. Because behind every smooth-running team is someone making sure nothing gets missed.
