We're a startup operating across four European countries with around 220 people. We've grown fast, and our HR infrastructure must evolve. We're looking for a People Partner who can hold two things at once: a solid grasp of HR operations (payroll, contracts, processes running cleanly in the background) and the confidence to handle the harder, more human side of the role – employee relations cases, manager guidance, complex conversations. This isn't a back‑office role. You must be a natural go‑to person for managers before they make decisions.
The real challenge in this role: You'll work with operational managers who are excellent at running their teams and less experienced navigating people complexity. Your job is to be the person they call before things escalate, not the person who's brought in to clean up afterwards. That requires trust, and trust requires showing up consistently, speaking plainly, and knowing your stuff.
