We are looking for a People Process Optimisation & Enablement Specialist to join BSI’s People team. This role will play a key part in shaping how People services are delivered across a complex, global organisation. Working closely with People Operations, HR Centres of Excellence, and HRIS/IT teams, you will lead the review, redesign, and optimisation of end‑to‑end People processes to improve efficiency, simplify ways of working, and strengthen accountability across the People function.
