People Process Specialist

Major Function

As our new People Process Specialist, you will execute and continuously improve core HR processes within multiple countries across EMEA ( responsibility for - employees) . You will ensure consistent and compliant application of HR policies and systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow).
You will act as a subject matter specialist within defined process areas such as employee data, job changes, or time and attendance. You will work closely with HRBPs, managers, and other HR functions to ensure a smooth and high-quality employee experience.
