People Relations Senior Advisor

Job Summary

The People Relations Senior Advisor will be a focal point for the integrated management of the People Relations activities across the South Europe region, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in a global team. In this role you will support the Regional People Relations Manager, execute the regional people relations strategy, coordinate and implement employee and industrial relations activities, and ensure that PR plans, tools and systems are implemented rigorously and consistently.

Hybrid work model: four days per week in the office.

This role will provide dedicated support to Castellón Refinery people relations (approximately 50%) and will also support other businesses in Spain and other South Europe countries as required.
