Your mission

The People & Talent Specialist is responsible for defining and executing Astrafy's people strategy. You will act as the guardian of the employee lifecycle—accountable for recruitment excellence, company culture('happiness'), and continuous development.

At Astrafy, we don't just manage HR; we view People Operations through an analytical, tech-forward lens. We are looking for a leader who treats setbacks as learning opportunities, proactively automates repetitive processes using AI, and uses data-driven models over 'gut feelings' to scale our high-performing team.
