What’s the opportunity?
We’re hiring a People, Workplace & Facilities role to own day‑to‑day office operations and lead the local execution of facilities work. You’ll ensure each hub is operational, compliant, and launch‑ready, acting as the single point of contact for vendors, facilities, and IT to deliver a smooth, on‑time experience. Your work will also involve driving process optimisation and automation to reduce manual work and errors.
What will I be doing?
- Serve as the local single point of contact for office operations (access, seating, meeting rooms, cleaning, maintenance, supplies).
- Ensure building systems run smoothly (HVAC, electricity, lighting) with landlords/vendors and maintain stock levels with recurring orders.
- Own local delivery of workplace projects such as expansions, multi‑purpose rooms, events, collaboration zones, kitchens, call booths, and branding.
