The Exercise Physiologist MS is responsible for daily supervision and implementation of cardiovascular rehabilitation to patients with cardiopulmonary disease. Participates in the assessment and evaluation of patients with cardiovascular disease, develops treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of the patient, provides individualized education to promote risk factor modification, provides monitoring necessary for the patient’s clinical needs, and effectively documents progress....
