About The Role

We are looking for a Director of Performance Intelligence to elevate how performance data drives decision-making across our agency and client portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, commercial strategy, and optimisation. It exists to transform complex performance data into clear, compelling narratives, through great storytelling and decisive recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness and media investment outcomes.

You will lead the development of a high‑impact Performance Intelligence capability, that improves the speed, quality, and commercial impact of optimisation decisions.
