The Performance Excellence Practitioner drives implementation of the ADM’s Performance Excellence System (PE) across a TPM pillar framework consisting of: Safety, Quality, Environment, Proactive Maintenance, Daily Equipment Care, Focused Improvement, Continuous Colleague Development, Workplace Organization, Material and Information Flow, Early Equipment Management, and New Product and Technologies.
