The performance management specialist ensures the consolidation, analysis, and communication of logistics performance across sites.
Reporting to the central head of operations, he/she supports operational excellence by producing reliable KPIs, leading performance rituals, monitoring local performance levels, and providing insights to guide transformation plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Consolidate, calculate, and update logistics KPIs (non-conformity, inbound/outbound flows), ensuring accuracy and availability for all sites.
Lead the execution of performance routines, including cadence reviews, governance meetings, and site coordination routines.
