The Role
Performance Marketing Lead
You’ll own performance marketing end-to-end and build the function from here. This includes
strategy, spend, channels, creative direction, attribution, and team building.
You’ll report directly to the founder and have a real seat at the table on growth decisions -
not just executing campaigns, but helping shape them.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll still be inside Ads Manager when required, while
