Opportunity Description
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid growth across Google, Meta, and App ecosystems. The role requires strong hands-on execution combined with strategic thinking on funnel optimization, experimentation, and ROI-driven scaling. Key Responsibilities Own and scale paid performance channels including Google Search, YouTube, Meta, App campaigns, and remarketing Drive end-to-end funnel optimization from creative → landing page → conversion → remarketing Plan and manage large monthly budgets with a clear focus on ROAS, CPA, and LTV Lead creative strategy in collaboration with design and content teams; test messaging, formats, and hooks Design and execute A/B tests across creatives, landing pages, and audience segments Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for leadership with actionable insights Work closely with product, tech, and sales teams to improve conversion rates and lead quality Track user behavior and intent signals to optimize...
