Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Philippines’s foreign trade and cross-border e-commerce ecosystem, aligning with PingPong’s revenue goals.
- Take on independent revenue KPIs together with the customer conversion team, and jointly take responsibility for the entire business lifecycle from customer acquisition, registration, activation, to retention.
- Focus on the small customer segment, including small businesses, freelancers, and other users, primarily through a customer self-service business model.
- Flexibly acquire customers in bulk through various online and offline channels, including but not limited to influencer marketing, social media, affiliate programs, SEO & SEM, offline partnerships, and other channels.
