**Job Summary and Qualifications**

**As a Perinatal Quality Coordinator, you are responsible for promoting a safety-supportive culture with consistent application of evidence-based care. While analyzing and identifying trends from adverse event reports, supporting educational programs and implementing safety initiatives, you will also participate in occurrence reviews, RCAs, FMEAs and assist in facilitation of the corrective action plans with nursing leadership and staff.
