Opportunity Description

- 8.30am to 6.00pm (Mondays - Fridays)
- Up to $2,800 + OT + AWS
Responsibilities:
- Maintain full sets of account (AP, AR & GL functions)
- Maintenance accounts receivable files and records
- Handles GL Journals, accounting schedules and monthly reconciliations
- Handles the monthly and yearly reports
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Prepare & submit quarterly GST returns
- Other adhoc work assigned

Job Requirements:
- GCE ‘A’ level, Diploma holder or equivalent
- At least 3 – 5 years of experience in accounting
- Proficient in Excel & Sage 300 system knowledge (ACCPAC)
