Permit to Work (PTW) Coordinator - Offshore

The PTW Coordinator is responsible for managing and controlling the Permit to Work system to ensure all maintenance, construction, and operational activities are performed safely and in compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the issuance, monitoring, suspension, and closure of work permits. Verify that all work activities are properly risk assessed and authorized. Ensure compliance with Permit to Work, Isolation, SIMOPS, and HSE procedures. Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and Contractor personnel regarding permit requirements. Review Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Method Statements, and risk assessments. Maintain PTW records and reports. Conduct permit audits and participate in safety inspections.
