- Monitor and supervise report submission of various departments. Compile and update General Manager on the reports (weekly).
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly report to CPM.
- Inter‑department collaboration on various projects/planning. (Majority completed within timeline).
- Patient, serious towards work matters. Willing to put in extra efforts.
- Strengths ability in Preparation paper, data analysis, negotiation skill.
- Deal with staffs who reluctant to follow timeline set.
- More inter‑department interaction to enhance communication and smoothen operation.
- Ensure and responsible all documents are maintained detailed oriented.
- Proofread and translate documents.
- Attending meetings and managing meeting minutes.
- Assisting GM in following up departmental tasks.
- Ad‑hoc functions and any other related duties as assigned by GM from time to time.
