Personal Assistant
Reporting to: PrincipalSeniority Level: Mid Career (2 - 4 yrs exp) A dynamic real estate office is seeking a high-energy, organized, and client-focused Personal Assistant with Real Estate Administrator & Property Consultant experience to support the Principal Director and assist with property sales, rentals, and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with property sales, rentals, listings, viewings, and client communication
- Prepare marketing materials, property descriptions, and social media content
- Conduct comparative market analyses and support pricing decisions
- Draft and manage mandates, OTPs, lease agreements, and related documentation
- Coordinate viewings, show houses, and client appointments
