About the Employer

About the employer I am both the employer and mother to my young son who has been allocated 6 hours per week PA support during school holidays via direct payment. My son has a Developmental delay, Autism (ASD), and is nonverbal. I am seeking a PA to work alongside us as a family to provide my son with 1-1 support to access social activities within the community and provide me a break from my caring role. My son is nonverbal however; he can communicate effectively in relation to his needs and wants and will lead by hand when he wants to go somewhere. He is a energetic child and enjoys being active He loves the outdoors, swimming/water play, trampoline parks, going for walks and accessing sensory activities or venues.
