We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Home and Community Care Workers in Woolloongabba, QLD. This is a casual position with an hourly rate pay type, and the opportunity to start immediately.

As a Home and Community Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes and communities. This may include assisting with personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance, and social activities. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those in need and help them maintain their independence and quality of life.
