• Manage business relationships, assess satisfaction and service quality, follow up on these relationships, and identify areas for improvement.
• Advise members and clients on personalized strategies and work with them to set well‑defined and measurable financial goals.
• Stay on top of the latest financial news and track market trends and best practices to enrich your advice and anticipate clients’ needs.
• Represent the financial institution to partners and the public by participating in community activities.
