Job Description

• Conduct in‑depth market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, supplier performance, and emerging business opportunities.
• Lead product research and proactively source, identify, and onboard new suppliers and vendors to diversify and strengthen procurement options.
• Negotiate favourable contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure cost‑effective deals aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee and ensure accurate, timely processing of purchase orders and all supplier‑related transactions.
• Manage supplier relationships by promptly addressing any faulty items, delays, inconsistencies, or quality issues.
• Maintain comprehensive and up‑to‑date records of all orders, payments, inventory movements, and received stock.
