Job Title: Associate/Senior Associate - Commercial Life Sciences Analytics | Decision Intelligence Job Summary: - This role will be responsible for delivering solutions to business problems in commercial life science analytics enabling clients with actionable insights and business decisions. Job Responsibilities: - Roles & Responsibilities Work closely with project manager to define the algorithm, break down the problem into execution steps and run the analysis independently Ensure high quality analytics solution/reports to client Contribute towards Axtria tools and capabilities as per the business requirements. Build organization capabilities by participating in Hackathon, solution design, process automation Effectively communicate with onshore/ client (as per business needs) Mentor junior associates in the team Job Requirements: - Overall, 1.5 to 8 years of rich experience in the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences Domain.
