Pharmacy Programs Senior Manager (Mississauga)

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Director, Pharmacy Services, the Senior Manager, Pharmacy Programs is responsible for building and implementing pharmacy programs and initiatives that enable pharmacy teams to improve patient health outcomes, patient experience, patient loyalty, and foster pharmacy relationships within communities to drive organic growth.

Job Dimensions

Direct Reports: Pharmacy Services Coordinator

Financial: Responsible for performance of initiatives that support achievement of pharmacy annual budgets (Rx growth, Service growth, inventory, and audit improvements). Responsible for driving performance of professional service growth at Rexall.

Other: Store visits each month (involves travel), period review of vendor contracts, Rx SOP yearly review, facilitates PPL/DL/Rx Services biweekly conference calls.
